The Path to Freedom Practice
This isn’t a course you complete. It’s a practice you return to as your life evolves. Â
If you’ve been thinking, “I know something needs to change, I’m just not sure where to start,” this is a place to begin.
Â
This is for people who learned early in life to read the room and take care of everyone else — but are now ready to start building a life that reflects what they want and who they are.
Â
There are two paths you can take: The Foundational Path and The Guided Path.
Â
The Foundational Path:Â This gives you tools to start using right away and shows you how to practice them in daily life.
Â
The Foundational Path offers weekly clips, teachings and insights, coupled with monthly group coaching, leading you to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.Â
Â
As with any practice, it always starts with a solid foundation.Â
Â
The Guided Path: Includes everything in The Foundational Path, with an extra level of one-on-one engagement. You’ll receive personalized guidance on how to apply the tools in your daily life, along with the added benefit of mentoring.

Who The Path to Freedom Practice Is For:
Â
People who take care of everyone else and are no longer willing to lose themselves in the process.Â
Through weekly teachings and insights, along with monthly group coaching, you’ll begin to deepen your relationship with yourself and others, while learning practical tools you can use straight away and return to over time.
If you read through the following and find yourself thinking “that’s me,” The Path to Freedom Method work was created with you in mind:
• You often feel responsible for how other people feel
• You replay conversations afterward wondering if you said the wrong thing
• You avoid honest conversations because you’re afraid of conflict
• You find yourself explaining your feelings repeatedly so people will understand
• You feel guilty at the thought of expressing your wants or desires
• You sometimes feel drained by relationships but aren’t always sure why
• You’ve done personal growth work before, but still notice the same patterns showing up in real life
The Path to Freedom Practice is designed to help you understand where these patterns come from and begin practicing new ways of communicating, setting loving boundaries, and trusting yourself so your empathy becomes a strength rather than something that costs you your voice.
This work is a distillation of what I've seen consistently create change in my one-on-one mentoring, brought together in a way that allows you to learn and practice these skills in real time.

Â
The Foundational Path
$199/month
Â
This is the core of the work, and where I imagine most people will begin.
The Foundational Path is a monthly practice you move through step by step..
This path is for people who want structure, accountability, and real guidance, but do not need monthly private mentoring.
Â
Â
The Guided Path
$299/month/Space is limited
Â
The Guided Path includes everything in the Foundation Path, plus a monthly private mentoring session (held on zoom).
This option is for those who want to upgrade for more direct support as they apply this work to the patterns, relationships, and decisions showing up in their own lives.
Because I want to keep this level of support meaningful, The Guided Path has limited availability.Â
Â
Â
Thinking This is Not the Space for You?
- You want fast answers rather than a practiceÂ
- You’re not open to looking at your role in the life you’re experiencing
- You're resigned to staying in uncomfortable  patternsÂ
THIS IS THE PLACE to take a deep breath — to stop avoiding and start noticing your patterns, to begin shifting how you show up in your life, to stop complaining and start taking action. This will not be something you consume or complete. It’s something you practice.

Who is Christine Dickson?
Â
My professional career began in addiction recovery, where I served for years as a Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Counselor at a luxury residential treatment facility in Malibu, California. There, I also led the Equine-Assisted Therapy Program, integrating somatic awareness and experiential learning into treatment.
Across every demographic, I observed the same core desires: to be seen and understood, to do meaningful work, and to experience emotional and financial autonomy.
Decades of experience—personal, clinical, and field-based—crystallized into creating this signature framework: The Path to Freedom Method.
