MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Billing & Cancellation

Your membership is billed monthly.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your billing date.

You may cancel or adjust your Foundational Path membership at any time. You may cancel or adjust your Guided Path membership after any required minimum commitment has been completed.

If you cancel during a month you paid for you will continue to have full access until the end of that month. There will be no partial refunds.Ā

Private Session Policy (Guided Path only)

Guided Path includes one 45-minute private mentoring session per month.

  • Sessions must be scheduled and used within the active billing cycle
  • Sessions do not roll over
  • A minimum of 24 hoursā€™ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice will be forfeited or may incur a $50 late cancellation fee

Group Coaching Calls

All group coaching sessions will be recorded and shared within the membership for those unable to attend live.

This work requires personal responsibility and consistent engagement.

Scope of Work

This membership is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
It is not intended for crisis support or emergency situations.

Community Guidelines

Members are expected to engage respectfully.
This space is for personal growth and shared learning, not for advice-giving, diagnosing others, or harmful behavior.
Participation may be revoked if these guidelines are not respected.

Right to Refuse or Remove

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the membership at our discretion if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or not aligned with the integrity of the space.

Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to the recurring monthly charge associated with your selected membership tier.

Guided Path Availability

Guided Path is limited to a set number of members. Access is subject to availability.
