The Path to Freedom Practice

This isn’t a course you complete. It’s a practice you return to as your life evolves.

You don't need another course. You need a place to learn how to actively do relationships differently.

The Path to Freedom Practice is an ongoing membership and supportive practice space for people who understand their patterns, but struggle to change them.

You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the videos, and gained incredible insight into your patterns.

The challenge isn't always awareness.

The challenge is doing something different in the moments that matter.

Each week, members receive practical tools and guidance to help them communicate more effectively, navigate relationships with greater confidence, manage triggers, set healthier boundaries, and create meaningful change one small step at a time.

This isn't about perfection.

It's about practice.

Because lasting transformation happens when awareness becomes action.

What Happens When You Begin Practicing?

In the first six weeks of the Path to Freedom Practice, our founding members reminded me of something I've seen throughout my career:

Insight alone rarely creates change.

But when people are given practical tools, consistent support, and a place to practice, they begin noticing old patterns while they're happening and making different choices in real time.

Here are just a few examples from our first six weeks together.

One member shared that before an important meeting, she noticed the familiar anxious thoughts beginning to spiral.

In the past, she would have overprepared, overexplained, and left the conversation wondering how she was perceived.

Instead, she caught the thoughts, stayed grounded, communicated clearly, and walked away with a surprising realization: much of her overexplaining had been driven by a childhood longing to finally feel seen, heard, and understood.

Another member noticed something different.

She realized she was constantly trying to track what everyone around her was thinking and feeling. Friends. Family. Acquaintances. Strangers.

As she practiced bringing her attention back to herself, she discovered how much energy she had been spending managing everyone else while losing touch with her own thoughts, feelings, and needs.

Now she uses that feeling of being drained like an alarm bell, telling her to step back, take a breath and use her tools.

Another member in the group described a seemingly ordinary moment.

She went looking for something her husband had promised to leave out for her. When she couldn't find it, irritation began to build.

Then she remembered something we had discussed in the Practice.

Instead of assuming bad intentions, she paused and asked herself a different question.

Where would he have left it if he was trying to be helpful?

A few minutes later she found it exactly where it made sense for him to leave it.

She described this moment as a win and a major step in the right direction for her.

What changed wasn't the location.

What changed was the story she was telling herself.

Another member described being triggered three separate times in a matter of days.

At first she reacted the same patterned way she always had.

Then something happened.

She recognized the pattern while it was unfolding, even though she felt she had not been consistent enough in her practice, and.....

She took a breath.

She acknowledged the other person's pain.

She took responsibility for her part.

The energy of the conversation shifted almost immediately, and relationships that could have become strained instead became stronger.

None of these people experienced some dramatic overnight transformation.

They simply began noticing old patterns and practicing new responses.

And that is often how meaningful change happens.

Not all at once.

One conversation, one thought, one choice at a time.

There will never be a better time to step into that version of yourself you know you are capable of being than now.

Who The Path to Freedom Practice Is For:

People who take care of everyone else and are no longer willing to lose themselves in the process.

Through weekly teachings and insights, along with monthly group coaching, you’ll begin to deepen your relationship with yourself and others, while learning practical tools you can use straight away and return to over time.

If you read through the following and find yourself thinking “that’s me,” The Path to Freedom Method work was created with you in mind:

• You often feel responsible for how other people feel
• You replay conversations afterward wondering if you said the wrong thing
• You avoid honest conversations because you’re afraid of conflict
• You find yourself explaining your feelings repeatedly so people will understand
• You feel guilty at the thought of expressing your wants or desires
• You sometimes feel drained by relationships but aren’t always sure why
• You’ve done personal growth work before, but still notice the same patterns showing up in real life

The Path to Freedom Practice is designed to help you understand where these patterns come from and begin practicing new ways of communicating, setting loving boundaries, and trusting yourself so your empathy becomes a strength rather than something that costs you your voice.

This work is a distillation of what I've seen consistently create change in my one-on-one mentoring, brought together in a way that allows you to learn and practice these skills in real time.

This option is for those who want to upgrade for more direct support as they apply this work to the patterns, relationships, and decisions showing up in their own lives.

You’ll receive personalized guidance on how to apply the tools in your daily life, along with the added benefit of mentoring.

Because I want to keep this level of support meaningful, The Guided Path has limited availability.

Thinking This is Not the Space for You?

  • You want fast answers rather than a practice
  • You’re not open to looking at your own role in the life you’re experiencing
  • You're resigned to staying in uncomfortable patterns

THEN THIS IS THE PLACE to take a deep breath — to stop jumping from one thing to another looking for that quick fix, to stop avoiding and start noticing your patterns, to stop complaining and start taking action. This will not be something you consume or complete. It’s something you practice, then watch the results unfold.

Who is Christine Dickson?

My professional career began in addiction recovery, where I served for years as a Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Counselor at a luxury residential treatment facility in Malibu, California. There, I also led the Equine-Assisted Therapy Program, integrating somatic awareness and experiential learning into treatment.

Across every demographic, I observed the same core desires: to be seen and understood, to do meaningful work, and to experience emotional and financial autonomy.

Decades of experience—personal, clinical, and field-based—crystallized into creating this signature framework: The Path to Freedom Method.
